1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active EP 777 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances, including winnings and bonus funds, will be forfeited. This policy applies regardless of whether the duplication was intentional.

3. Account Rules & Player Responsibilities

Accurate Account Information

Your account information — including your name, address, date of birth, and payment details — must be accurate and kept up to date at all times. If your contact details change, update them in Account Settings or contact support. Withdrawal delays caused by mismatched or outdated information are the player's responsibility.

Account Inactivity

An EP 777 account that has had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. After this period, an administrative fee of Rs 200 per month may be deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting EP 777 support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. 4. Deposits & Payments

5. Withdrawals

• NayaPay & SadaPay: 2–6 hours standard
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Up to 1 working day
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 working days depending on your issuing bank

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There are no withdrawal fees for Pakistani players at EP 777. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. EP 777 may request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large withdrawal requests.

Withdrawal Conditions

EP 777 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where: (a) KYC documentation has not been provided or is under review; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or abusive activity on the account; (c) there is an active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements; (d) the account has been flagged for investigation under EP 777's anti-fraud procedures.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

By claiming any bonus on EP 777, you accept its specific terms in addition to these General Terms.

Wagering Requirements

Most EP 777 bonuses — other than VIP Club weekly cashback — carry a wagering requirement before the bonus balance and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, game contribution percentages, minimum odds requirements for sports bets, and expiry period are all stated clearly on each promotion page.

Bonus Abuse

Weekly cashback paid to EP 777 VIP Club members is credited as real, withdrawable cash with no wagering requirements. Cashback has a 7-day validity period from the date of credit. 7. VIP Club Terms

The EP 777 VIP Club is a five-tier loyalty programme available to all registered players. Enrolment at Bronze tier is automatic and free of charge. Tier advancement is based on verified monthly wagering across all EP 777 products. Tier qualification is calculated on a calendar-month basis.

• Bronze: All players — 5% weekly cashback

Tier downgrade protection: Gold members and above who fall short of the monthly wager threshold in a single month will retain their current tier for one additional month without penalty. If the threshold is not met for two consecutive months, the tier will adjust to match the player's actual wagering level.

EP 777 reserves the right to modify VIP Club tier thresholds, cashback percentages, and benefits with reasonable notice. Changes will be communicated via email and in-platform notification before taking effect.

8. Games & Casino Rules

All casino games on EP 777 — including slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, jackpot games, and crash titles — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed on the individual game information page.

EP 777 game results are final. Disconnections during a game session do not void the round — any bet placed before disconnection will be settled according to the game rules. EP 777 is not liable for losses caused by your own network or device failure during gameplay.

Maximum Wins

Certain game categories at EP 777 may be subject to maximum win caps per single session or per bonus spin round. Where applicable, these caps are stated in the game rules. Malfunction

9. Sports Betting Rules

In-play bets are subject to availability and EP 777 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time without notice.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL for franchise matches). Where an official result is delayed or disputed, EP 777 will hold settlement until the official decision is announced and will not be bound by unofficial scorecards or media reports.

Abandoned & Void Events

If a cricket match or any other EP 777 sports event is abandoned before reaching the minimum qualifying overs or time period as specified in the individual market rules, bets on that market will be voided and stakes returned. EP 777 reserves the right to determine the minimum qualifying period for each sport.

Pricing Errors

EP 777 makes every effort to price markets accurately. Where an obvious pricing error occurs — for example, a team listed at grossly incorrect odds — EP 777 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet was placed before or after the error was detected.

14. Limitation of Liability

EP 777 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform is available 24/7, EP 777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical outages, or network issues beyond EP 777's control.

EP 777 is not liable for: losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the player's failure to secure credentials; losses resulting from the player's decision to gamble beyond their means; taxation obligations on player winnings (the player is responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction); or third-party losses arising from the misuse of the EP 777 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits EP 777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded.

15. Changes to These Terms

EP 777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal policies, bonus wagering requirements, or VIP Club tier thresholds — EP 777 will provide at least 7 days' notice via email to your registered address and a banner notification on the platform homepage before the changes take effect.

Minor corrections, clarifications, or additions that do not materially affect player rights may be made without advance notice. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent update. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of EP 777 following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
